      My coworker's were the only reason I stayed so long!

      If you are not friends with the higher up's in corporate there's no hope for advancement. They only promote their buddy's with less experience to manage employees in departments they know nothing about.

      Travel, flexibility, a lot of opportunities to develop leadership

      Cons

      They take advantage of you by expecting to train people above you. Any type of growth is stripped based on your location and not performance. Pay-cuts constantly happening and budget cuts.
