      Pros

      They have a beautiful vision, but not the right people.

      Cons

      One of the worst hotels I worked for. Management is truly unprofessional and biased. 17 professional Managers were laid off due to no business returns. All managers benifits were cut down. Turnover of staff is extremely high.
