      Pros

      Lay off is common and only people with connections get to stay. No body cares about company goals. All that matters is who do you know in the company. Hope the new CFO will dig deep into this nepotism and discriminations and bring some good culture in the company.

      Cons

      Nepotism, discrimination are very common. HR do not have any power they are just the slaves of these managers

      Pros

      The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

      Cons

      Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
