Pros
Direct leadership on sales side was great. Pay and bonus structure was comparable. Product portfolio made it easier to meet goals in most markets.
Cons
Sales quotas never decrease. They only increase. If there is new regional leadership, that leader's views are immediately pushed down into the field.
