      Pros

      Sally has been a stable company during the recession, experiencing growth when most retailers were flat or losing ground. Sally has been seeing fantastic growth lately and has great opportunities for advancement. The corporate headquarters is a beautiful building with a great cafe. Very impressive to walk into the visitors lobby.

      I don't have anything negative to say. Great place to work.

      Pros

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Cons

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
