      Make some awesome friends I dont think 'corporately' things are bad but on a local level they are terrible.

      Little raises - not paid for experience/time invested Bring in new people making more than vested people Tons of work piled on one person rather than hiring more

      Pros

      The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

      Cons

      Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
