Pros

Close to home, right next to a large grocer. Flexibility to go to appointments.

Cons

Only a 3% pay raise per year; is less than the average cost of living. If you transfer to a position within your department with more responsibility, you are NOT given a raise to compensate. Policies change week to week with no notice; impossible to keep track of. NO SOP!!! Training is entirely up to what your trainer remembers at the time, there is no guidelines or checklist. Disjointed communication between leads. Leads will talk badly about employees where employees can hear.

Pros

The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

Cons

Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
