Pay is awful, you never get raises unless your a technician, most companies do yearly reviews this one does not Pile more on someone and refuse to compensate them for it Employees need some sort of training instead they are thrown in to a position and left to figure things out for themselves Put employees in a management position after only being with the company for a year and they have no idea what they are doing Department feuds instead of working together Absolutely no communication
