Pros

Great co-workers, beautiful work environment. Overtime when you want it. Pay is decent for a call center. Variety of shifts available. Contrary to what I have seen other employees post, it was easy for me to get my one free cruise.

Cons

Supervisors!! They smile to your face, pretend to know policies, will tell you one thing, then later deny it. They set unachievable goals for handle time, and hold time. When you have to call resolutions, you can be on hold for 20-30 minutes. This is completely out of your control, but yet... Watch that handle time! When you have disasters like.. Canceled sailings and disrupted sailings, you can expect back to back calls from rightfully angry guest. Then they get to complete a survey on the service you provided... Not good when their sailing gets canceled one week in advance. Like most call centers, they have no heart. Better not need to call out due to a family emergency!!! I have won top team member twice, but never got the luncheon I was promised. So much fake... Employee appreciation.

Pros

Pay is competitive. You get a free cruise.

Cons

The culture here was ok, though not the best. Now with a VERY strict 9-5 policy, the entire company is feeling the grip of the execs. No exceptions for anyone who has a doctors appointment or needs to pick up a kid or adjust their hours slightly to get through life. Many employees have to work extra hours, travel across the world, and work based on other time zones due to projects spanning across the world. No matter, 9-5 or pack your things. Execs are demanding more control, they seem to forget that they placed their office all the way in the traffic zoo of the Port of Miami. No one is happy and now you can hardly get out of the port at a decent time. Would have loved to see some execs and vps fight against this but it seems they only care about protecting themselves, and Mr Liberty is having his way. I hope he enjoys this act of control as it is making his employees miserable. Expect high turn over soon or layoffs, or both. Many of the small benefits have been rolled back without any announcement (food discounts, commuter discounts) without any notice. We have lost the plot, we are selling vacations, not saving lives.
