Pros

None apart from being the cool kid with the MacBook

Cons

- CEO lost touch with the ground since long time - Departments are not organised at all. There are at least 3 departments (dev, ops, legal) for each task involved and each of them do not know that the others are working on the same thing. - Revolut hires freshmen and freshwomen, these kids have no responsibilities (most of them) outside working hours. So they start at 10am and finish at 10pm. This becomes then the standard for everyone. expecting experienced people to follow this schedule. - HR department non existent - STILL WAITING AFTER 6 MONTHS TO BE PAID WITH THE SHARES I EARNED, HOWEVER THERE IS NO CONTACT FOR EXTERNAL.

Thank you for taking time to write us a review, and for recognising that we invest in the best tech tools so our people can do brilliant work. Revolut has grown tremendously in the past few years, driven by the dedicated, experienced people we've brought onboard and the teams they've built. Like many fast-growing companies, things move fast and that can be hard to keep up and maybe that dive and excitement won't suit everyone. We're always finding ways to create the best Revolut experience for our people and we're delighted that so many people are enjoying the flexibility of being able to choose to work from home whenever they like even when the pandemic's done. Please let us help you out with your shares by contacting hr.uk@revolut.com. We wish you the best.

Pros

+ Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

Cons

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
