I love the grit of the company, my colleagues are very good, I feel I'm heard and understood and my overall experience has been amazing.
Cons
There's a lot of misunderstanding around the company and many people that don't quite fit and end up having bad experiences. But that's definitely not my case.

Cons
- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail.
- Tech stack minimal.
- Large elements of favouritism.
