Pros

Training for the initial 6 weeks so good, organised, insightful and opportunities to work in a team

Cons

£12K worth of training is spent on you when you join but with this all being remote, it's amazing to see how it's actually been spent. The first half of the 11 week training programme was organised and engaging, the second half was very unorganised which consisted of a 3 week gap because "No one spoke to each other and therefore nothing was organised so learn on your own". If you leave within 2 years you have to owe the £12K fee back but with the amount of tutorials provided, it isn't worth this amount at all! Once you have finished this training, you are immediately put on the bench where every week you are provided with any progress that they have made with finding you a role. Every call was the same "sales lingo" of that they were finalising paperwork. After 3 months of being on the bench they do offer you a break clause where you can leave without paying these fees. I would advise to take this and look elsewhere.

Pros

The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

Cons

Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
