Project Manager - Anonymous employee Q² Solutions Employee Review

- Very poor management both middle and higher up. There seems to be a lot of resentment and dislike for management amongst employees. - Unhelpful HR - Understaffed and overworked employees leading to low morale - Overall systems and processes are laborious and are not of a central lab that wants to be a world leader. New systems are in the pipeline, however will not be implemented for a long while. I would definitely not recommend working for or with Q Squared Solutions.
