Pros

After your trained the work in general is okay. Everything else is not.

Cons

Like working at a highschool. The machines run themselves after being set up so people have so much time to sit down and do nothing that no one is actually focused on work. They are focused on drama. Everyone including management. You can't just go there and do your job and go home. If you work there, first off you'll want to stick your nose up all of management's butts and continue this for the entire time your there so that they will like you, and if they don't like you well they'll just get rid of you whether your a good worker or not. Second, you'll want to play just like a highschooler. If the people around you don't like you, management isn't going to like you and therefore you'll lose your job at some point. If you don't talk and keep to yourself and keep out of the drama, they won't like you and they'll call you weird. There's no way out of that situation besides out of the entire factory in general. Do not go here unless you want to be absolutely traumatized.

Pros

Some of if not most people are friendly and supportive. Okay-ish benefits. Slightly better than the average I would say. Flexible hours for flex40 and salary people. In my particular case, they are very flexible when it comes to doctor appointments and kids' activities.

Cons

Emotional and mental damage from a toxic environment. Gossip galore and everyone is eager to point fingers or say "not my job". Managers who literally yell and curse at employees. Everyone is overworked and underappreciated. Sexism runs rampant. Communication between mangers, departments, and floor operators is non-existent. FAVORITISM EVERYWHERE! Certain people are treated differently because they are "in" with the right people in management. No one is treated equally. The machinery on the floor is old and falling apart.
