Pros
The company is ambitious and there are some great people to work with. Many people very committed and enthusiastic. If you aren't in it to win it, you should go somewhere else!
Cons
Some people shouldn't be here and they let everyone else down. If they don't believe in what we are trying to do, why don't they go somewhere else? Such a shame as it makes it a hard place to work.
