Cons
I think that historically there was a lack of direction and not everybody knew "where we were going" of late though, communication has improved. In terms of bonus etc. I have not been here a full year so can not comment on the previous years but this year its self explanitory as to why bonus was not great. At times middle managment could communicate slightly better but from past experience senior managment are as much in touch as any of the other organisations I have worked for.
