      Pros

      - I've only had managers that cared for my career; - fast growing company with plenty of opportunities; - easy to talk to pretty much anyone (just DM them); - smart people all around; - I can relate to the company purpose; - company actively trying to be more inclusive.

      Cons

      - we could be better at diversity in STEM areas; - coordination between BUs is still an unsolved problem.

      Pros

      Lots of exciting bets being made, many growth opportunities, very smart people who also know how to have work life balance

      Cons

      Priorities shift a lot which can be frustrating, but that's part of the game of fintech (very fast moving)

      High level of competence of colleagues You're never the most experienced or highest skilled person in your team Constantly learning and career growing Freedom to explore new technologies Very data-oriented Very technical oriented managers Clojure shop Well-tested, well crafted, always improving code solutions

      Cons

      Executive level decisions sometimes are big-bang and not gradual Promotion strategy isn't based on performance but on the existence of an open role
