      The company has a flat employer/employeestructure, i.e, mutual respect from management and staff. If you are talented and professional you will fit in well

      Cons

      occasionally they take on new directors that are clueless and try to turn it into a Ryanair type business model, or they try to “helicompter manage” their staff, but have no skill set to manage properly

      New Planes, Fun trips, cool coworkers.

      Lousy pay, no interrline agreements, oh yeah and theyre no longer in the air so theres that.
