Pros

The LatAm team is very close and we work very well together. Management from the Talent Acquisition team is very easy to talk to and generally very approacheable, you really feel like they will support you if the situation requires it.

Cons

- Promotion structures are very inflexible and at the same time not structured enough. Sometimes there isn't really a process to follow, and at the same time there's a lot of red tape that can make things very difficult. This is obviously to be expected in such a large company. - Salaries are not at all competitive, in fact, the compensation package itself is not competitive at all locally or regionally. - Working hours are excessively long (48 hour work week), with inflexible schedules and too many "work tracking" systems

Pros

You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

Cons

If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
