Pros
Independent working, good hours (if you get a contract) and good for the resume.
Cons
Good luck finding a will to live by the end of the year after you've been running the entire store on your own for half of what your managers are making. This job is basically just babysitting grown adults who can't think for themselves while also doing manual labour that is absolutely worse than what is disclosed in your contract!
