Pros
The opportunity to grow and learn and the people are genuinely nice to work with
Cons
-lack of formal training and support -constant unpaid overtime -lack of proper staffing -lack of boundaries and respect for personal times or vacations - unreasonable treatment from management I.e. one rule for them different rules for others - different teams get different rules General experience was that they expected an unreasonable amount of work to be completed that was not achievable in the work hours that saw everyone in the team consistently doing unpaid overtime and stressed out and if a mistake would be made because of management it had co workers turning on each other. Also the company does not look after their employees and put in no effort at all to reward their employees with raises or inflation matching and will cancel the rare social events such as Christmas dinners and such to save some money.
