Does not treat employee's fair - Human Resources Coordinator (HR Coordinator) Magna International Employee Review

I started at Eagle Bend in 2020, and it was a good place to work, but as time went on management changed and they do not care about their employees. Open door policy is a joke. I used it and was given a 2 on my review. She told us in HR that what happened in HR stayed in HR. I couldn't talk to her about my concerns, and I say this with all honesty, I did not feel comfortable talking to her because she didn't care about what I had to say because I was not in the "circle". Unless all of upper management changes, I do not recommend Eagle Bend to anyone.
