Pros
A MNC company with a very high product identification of most staff and many international job opportunities. Great travel benefits, very social employer with many flexible employment models (including part-time working, off-times, sabbaticals etc)
Cons
very little career perspectives from middle management onwards. staff stays at same career level for 10+ years with only lateral movements. Salaries generally low with little to almost no increases, higher salaries only possible for outsiders coming in from other industries or from second level top management upwards.
