Workplace bullying and mobbing from management. Incredible one-eighty during the interviews vs. on the job that left me both blindsided and confused. It's hard to articulate how the casually rude, demoralizing, and hostile things said in the workplace can leave emotional and psychological scars, nor the way employees manipulate those around them to sow distrust.
