Low pay, holidays need to be taken in full weeks as single days not allowed, awful two faced staff, all store managers reporting each other and just waiting for the opportunity to gossip about others. No morale, not enough staff, the company is constantly understaffed with a large staff turnover. Pay is rubbish, the salary they offer is under minimum and still expect you to be happy to take it. The stores are constantly in promotion as they cannot meet any targets. All the tasking is removing one promotion and the next day labelling everything again for a different promotion.
