Avoid this company - Project Manager LX Pantos Employee Review

If you get along with department head, you can never do wrong. It’s a toxic place where if you standout at something they mow you down. Must work at the same average pace with the rest of the team, no better or worse. Management is very subjective and they are only concerned about looking good themselves for home office in Korea. Very cliquish and secretive. They don’t like any innovative ideas. Do as you are told, which is almost none but will let drop you if you go out of undefined boundaries. Go and look somewhere else if you want to grow professionally but not here.
