Pros
Great employers who really care about their franchise and their employees. Additionally, they will challenge you to do the best job you can. If you are going into teaching, this is a great place to work. The owner will 100% push you to be a better educator, and it is very impressive working for such an accomplished woman.
Cons
Demanding first PT job. When you are at work, you need to be "on" all the time. Sometimes the parents/customers can be really demanding and unappreciative.
