Pros

Being attached to the Korn Ferry brand name is good at the senior levels Split desk model - BD done by mgmt team so recruiters can focus on one side of the equation Paid salary instead of draw/commission

Cons

Noone has heard of Futurestep - constantly mistaken for Futureshop. At the mid-level, most people haven't heard of Korn Ferry Mgmt doesn't always bring recruiters to client site, so information for a search is often delivered second hand Database is cumbersome to use and outdated Research support poor Competition between Korn-Ferry and Futurestep for roles when the market started to decline.

Pros

I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

Cons

Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

Pros

This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

Cons

Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
