4 years with most people getting no merit or cost of living increase. May give one person an increase, but then leaders are asked to lie and say there were no merits. Very unethical and has driven me to look elsewhere as I am not willing to follow suit. There is no communication around why, just ghosting the people after false promises that do the actual work. But they have enough money to sponsor golf tournaments and the Olympics. It's disgusting. Talks about pay transparency but IS NOT transparent. There are substantial pay gaps.
