      Pros

      Good organization with excellent brand recognition and some of the best people I've worked with in my career.

      Cons

      Pay and responsibility as of the past few years are not realistic. Typical corporate speak on soft market and less business. Reality is the market is slowly picking and leadership at the highest level doesn't want to pay; until they have seen a geniune growth trend.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Pros

      This is an RPO with many clients. It all depends on who you work with. I enjoy team. Very collaborative and supportive team and management.

      Cons

      Workload is insane. Bi-monthly pay.
