Employees, below the management level, are generally hard workers and care about their work.
Cons
Stated culture and values are not consistent with actual culture and values. Many senior leaders have been in their positions for years and have an incredible sense of entitlement. There is a serious lack of accountability for poor leadership behavior and the manner in which employees are treated. Employees who are "long service" are placed in positions where they have no formal training or experience. This extends to the Director level and makes it difficult to take these "leaders" seriously.
