Great health benefits Pension (at least that is the line given as of now) Industry standard 401K match Management is reasonable in allowing for time off
Cons
management is rude and has outdated strategy...err...no strategy Business goals are routinely missed and are only talking points. Sr. management refuses to spend money on training, developing, building engineers/business. Absurd information asymmetry between management and engineering lots of travel and long hours with little compensation, time-off, or recognition.
