Things move at the speed of light and as a result we are building an eComm business that will be one of the best in the world. Everyone from Ops to Marketing to Retail to Finance seem to be marching to the beat of the same drummer - culture is consistent across teams. There's a "niceness" that is tough to match in the NYC area.
Cons
Still some uncertainty surrounding the recent acquisition, but seems that Jet is leading more than following as the eComm space is further defined.

Thank you for the feedback! We certainly move faster than imaginable, but the most important
part is the culture we build along the way. As we grow, our culture will continue to progress...and its individuals like you who will make it the best it can be. We totally agree on being nice - it's a guiding principle and it makes all the difference. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts! Kristin R. Sr. Director Talent Experience
The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.
Cons
the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
