      Cut throat culture, management are often incompetent… bullying is rife. Training only given to certain employees and female employees are treated like second class citizens.

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
