      The research is cutting edge and the compensation, bonuses, and retirement benefits (including pension and 401K) are all really good.

      Cons

      The professional growth is much slower relative to other companies and there are some serious inequities in the promotion processes.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
