Pros
Great for parents and the elderly. Lots of flexibility for work life balance which attracts longevity. Encourage staff to stay by tying them into share options over years of service.
Cons
Job protection causes bullying/ harassment and undermining staff which is disappointing to see when the credo is brandished as a leadership imperative. Students employed to do jobs they have not been trained to do because they are considered inconsequential activities with long lasting process failures. Saying thanks through monies is about who you know not what you have done.
