Pros
- Dog friendly - Breakfast on Fridays (full of sugary products) - Flexible breaks along the day - Location close to Metro and buses - Easy to find lunch spots
Cons
- Job description does not match actual job activities - A lot of butter-up needed in order to grow - No regards for work-life balance - Expect retaliation if you disagree in any way with management - Lack of meritocracy - Global career opportunities are non-existent - Location is on one of the most frequented streets for burglars and prostitutes in downtown Santiago - Lunch compensation is extremely unreaslistic (CLP 2000 when the average meal costs CLP 4000), whereas transportation compensation is twice what you'd spend on any given day going to and from work (apparently this is because it's not taxed)
