They sometimes don't pay on-time (and "on-time" would be on the 10th of every month for payment from the previous month). The turn-over is high. You'll see teachers come and go every couple weeks. The turn over is high for administration as well. Most of the teachers are very relaxed which can be a pro but sometimes it feels like a con because no one seems to be taking it seriously.
