Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience working at IBI. We regret that you feel as though there was no work-life balance in your role as we strive to provide this to our employees as best we can considering the deadline-driven industry we work in. There are times where overtime is asked of employees, and overtime is paid out to eligible employees in accordance with the Employment Standards Act of Ontario. We take the fair compensation of our employees very seriously and it is a shame to hear that you did not leave us feeling that way. All the best to you in your future endeavors.
