Excessive pressure for whole month. Not able to earn variable is very normal. They have hired 500-600 account managers pan india, with a promise to give career growth. However, only 5-10% of employees get growth yearly,which is normal for any company. 70% account managers received only 3% yearly hike and rest 8-12%. Bangalore whole sales team got sacked for not achieving their targets. Managers get stuck on their role for 4-5 years. Senior managers call this sales as RAT RACE
