As a start up "insuretech" company, Health iQ, offers over 30 types of ancillary products, so there's something for every customer, and there's no end to what employees can gain. Lowest prices for employee benefits, Cross training/licensing agents to enable cross sell ability Advancement opportunity
Cons
As a growing company, there are sometimes growing pains. There have been a lot of improvements over the last few years to many areas of the business. I'm glad I stuck it out. The people I work with are more like family.
