Pros

Training provided, fun place with social gathering.

Cons

Be prepared to work in a global brand hidden with SME micro-management style & 996 work culture. Doesn’t matter if you have thousand dollar of billings, KPI are more important. Expect overtime, daily/weekly reviews and managers coming to you asking if you did your best by not sleeping, eating & resting everyday before hitting your KPI. Expect young managers without experience to guide. Questionable management, managers compare results amongst team mates. Upfront harsh remarks in front of team mates - biased treatment too. Questionable role structure for splitting jobs - by alphabetical order for BD, expect colleagues not helping each other. Lack of key accounts, always asking to bring business in. 8 or more left in a span of 6 months. High turnover - explains working environment. Always creating “BD and candidate activities” for the sake of hitting KPIs.

Pros

Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

Cons

Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
