Pros

- Company Owned Laptops -Some of the company outings -not really much

Cons

- One month of intense computer training that doesn't really prep you -Exclusive and lack of diversity - turn over was extremely high at my office. - Heavy on the metrics since week 2 - Cliquey environment - No work life Balance - Covid hybrid policy changed after we were hired, because the "other big corporations are doing it too so it's okay for us to do it" - Criticized about your metrics for things out of your control (candidate ghosts you or aren't qualified so you don't hit your numbers) - MICROMANAGED, they watch everything you do. The amount of calls you make, how many voicemails you leave, how long you're on the phone for, and send it to you every week. - encouraged to work through your lunch, pretty much suggested - it's normal to not make your first placement until about 6 months. They say it's normal but treat you like you're not doing good enough when you haven't made a placement yet - Candidates were often very annoyed to speak to us. We were encouraged to keep asking questions, even if they hang up on us. - Lunch & Learns ("it's okay, you can eat on the call") let people enjoy their lunches to themselves and decompress after being on the phones for hours. - "legal" letters sent to my email after quitting to intimidate me. - HAYS employee's reaching out to me after I quit to recruit me to their roles to make commission. Leaving voicemails like "hey, this is ___ from HAYs, the place you used to work"

Pros

Great place for new recruiters to gain experience. A lot to learn. Younger crowd, fun teams.

Cons

Competitive, people that weren't succeeding would be put on PIPs and eventually let go. Can be some micro-managing. Not all managers created equal - some great, some not so great.
