Pros
Even up to a year ago I loved working for this company and I have stayed hoping it would change or someone at the top would realize what is happening. When Craig came on board things were great moral was high and there was great hope for the company's success. There is still time to take back the reigns and not lose more valuable people such as myself. Craig you have what it takes you just are missing some people beneath you that don't have the same vision nor respect.
Cons
in the past 12 months people have been hired who do not care about the people, the brand or the future of the company. It is beyond anything I have seen before how one person can single handedly (with the help of the people she recently hired) tear down a company and be so narcissistic that it doesn't even phase them. It horrible here where I am I cant imagine what it would be like to be living in Medford, I have heard that is much worse.
