      Pros

      Gain international experience. Leader in container shipping. Provided great external training. Had great holiday parties and summer picnic for staff.

      Cons

      Greatly impacted by world economy. Mgt forced to take pay cut. Company stopped 401k match during hard times. Company cut back on relocation package before closing and relocating several large offices. Compensation lower than at other industries.

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
