      I work with some great people, good amount of time off between all the buckets, great office culture and I like the US president of the company

      Cons

      The pay is just too low and it's hard to move up the ladder, You will need to move around if you want to grow here.

      Pros

      Good internship program, talks from different teams ensure that you become familiar with the shipping industry and how the company works. The people there are great. They love working there. Interns have scheduled meetings with senior leadership. Senior leadership is super easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

      Cons

      It depends on the team, but some interns did not have a project/assignment ready for them to work on at the start.
