      Strong set of brands that are full of potential and exciting to work on. Some managers are fantastic, people focused and inspiring.

      Cons

      Local market senior leadership is chaotic in recent years. Culture is taking a nose dive. People are promoted into grade 6 roles with seemingly no thought put into their ability to lead a team. Salary is behind compared to competitive set. Very much a ‘play the game’ environment.

      Authoritarian work culture in a manufacturing environment. Leadership lacks traits associated with successful managers. People in management positions on site have primarily accessed these positions through tenure and lack adequate training to lead teams successfully. Toxic management.
