      Best place to work to campaign for corporations to change business practices to improve the environment.

      Cons

      Going through an operating model transition has decreased morale... on the plus side, the organization will come out much stronger

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
