      $15/hr with training at a slightly lower rate Great people to work with, full of personality Well-organized company Great benefits for those who work for 60 days or more

      These are just cons of on-street fundraising work in general: Long hours standing People can be mean to you (Ladies) people will probably hit on you several times a day

      Flexibility and time off benefits

      Cons

      Very unstable environment. Lots of turnover in higher roles. Will let people go because of financial reasons and expect the remaining employees to combine their role with 3-4 other roles with no additional pay
