Very nice management and staff, not overwhelmed during your shift, get to talk about golf all the time. Very well organized.
Cons
Most of the part time employees are limited to 13-15 hours a week, excluding holiday season which is more, no commission on sales, usually working closing shifts to start. Huge store and a lot of merchandise which they expect you to know and be able to sell which can be difficult. Unless you are true golf equipment of course. Shifts are usually 4-5 hours. Being on the feet on the hard surface all day can be hard. Left job mostly because of the lack of hours. You get the schedule on friday night for the upcoming week, which can be difficult to work with if you got a second job. Busiest during the holiday season, which sucks to work on holidays.
